I am in need of information on the Sabre. I am looking namely for information from the fact files, the cut-away picture, and anything else that you folks could help me with. I have collected already much information on the Sabre, however this is largely conjecture and/or conflicting canon information.

About the Sabre, I hope you've knocked a few apocrypha regarding her. Early in her existence, the rumour was spread that she had two warpcores, quantum torpedoes and two tricobalt devices in storage. Of course, UP said that about every ship in their inventory, I don't know why. Regardless, I think you can exclude those from your database...

I am still collecting infroamtion on the Sabre, both screencaps and written information, but I can assure you that quantum torpedoes, tricobalt devices, and an extra warp core (I don't know where the hell that tidbit of information came form) won't have any part of the new UP Sabre information.
All things considered, the Sabre appears to be an average ship. From the information I've collected to this point, it is inferior in armament to the Intrepid, has a lesser array of scientific equipment, and is like a cheaper version of the Akira. Really I don't htink that the FC ships had enough thought put into them. The Akira seems to have been the main focus for new sips introduced in FC, the others getting the major shaft.

My new year's resolution is the same as last year's: 1024x768.
And yes, I spelled it S-a-b-e-r. Both ways are correct, it's just a matter of location. And being in America I spell it 'er' instead of 're', and leave the u's out of color.

Federation Starship Datalink: Brand new look, fresh minty scent, same great taste!
I think the Sabre is something like an early Defiant-ish ship, mostly on escort or patrol missions.

I thought the Streamrunner Class ships had a rear facing shuttlebay. At least, this is the impression I gained from reading the thread about the latest issue of the Star Trek: Magazine.
Talking about shuttlebays on First Contact ships, is there evidence of a shuttlebay on the Norway Class ship? If so, is the shuttlebay situated on the bow or the stern?
