What do you think? Could this square near the computer display be the Rhode Island's dedication plaque?

It's a possibility. We've seen dedication plaques in locations other than the main bridge. The Tsiolkovsky had her plaque in a corridor, and the Phoenix (I think) had it in her captain's ready room.
