Yes, I know, it's real silly, but I'm trying to add notes about ships that never really existed to my shiplist. (Yes, I've begun work on the occursed thing again.) Like the Dauntless and the "U.S.S. Lollipop" from "The Arsenal of Freedom."

So, could somebody please remind me as to what the context of this (obviously facetious or deceptive) mention was and what were the events surrounding it? Also, (as if I couldn't get more mundane) have I spelled it correctly? I've also seen it written as "Lolipop" and "Lollypop."

Thanks [Smile] [Razz] [Cool]

this doesn't deserve a response at all.

The Lollipop was the ship Riker said his away team came from when he surmised the hologram of Captain Rice was trying to pump information from him.

And the Dauntless did exist, you know...

It's a good ship.

Yes, the Lollipop had just been commissioned as of "The Arsenal of Freedom." A good ship, indeed...

That pesky red head wondering about singing is enough to drive one up the wall.... If only she'd grow up and be a UFP ambassador or some such thing....

Oxford's preferred spelling is "lollipop", but they say it can also be "lollypop".
