Wow, even at three in the morning on the university's data pipe those images take forever to load.
Anyway, didn't someone make (or find) a huge selection of images from "The Cage" which we poured over several months ago? I don't think we assigned a name to every object that appeared, but it would be a start. (We also never quite determined why the Enterprise seemed to have a 1960s social studies textbook stored.)

The lowermost image appears to be some sort of a ballistics experiment - what we see is the shockwave of a projectile, not the shape of the projectile itself. The satellite in the middle could be one of the early Explorers, but I have to check from my handy encyclopedia of astral junk. The topmost image seems to show an upward-pointing venturi-type rocket nozzle, which is odd to say the least - or then it's one of those Agena docking target/upper stage things from the Gemini program, sans the protective cowling.
The textbook naturally was there so that the Talosians could accurately reproduce the 1960s Finnish-descent lumberjack that Pike misidentified as a Rigelian warrior.

And the rocket nozzle thingamabob ain't NERVA. The simple nozzle shape could suggest a solid-fueled rocket, but those usually have to be full size for realistic testing, meaning they'll be long and best tested horizontally. Perhaps that's an upside-down SLBM of some sort? The test rig seems a bit flimsy for supporting such a missile upright, though, if the cylinder is supposed to be the missile body.
Of course, that *could* be a rainwater reservoir...

Maybe its just me but the third picture looks like the kind of generic cutaway, showing the basic layout of a Rocket, that you can commonly find in most science books. The blur effect seems to be similar to what you get with microfiche

Sounds plausible.
Took a look at the background of the top picture, and saw chicken wire. The mesh could be to dissipate the blast from an engine test. But it could also be part of the reflector of a radio telescope. And this thing up front could be the focal assembly of the reflector, and not a rocket after all. Or a water reservoir.

The first thing I saw on the first picture was the background 'dish edge'. Rain-tank would be the thing that sits above the dish in the middle.
