Greetings all,
From time to time, when my collection of Trek books and blueprints gets a little out of hand (my wife's words, not my own), I hold a little give-away to help weed out the duplicates (and triplicates...).
I'm having just such a give-away now - specially related to Star Trek Blueprint sets.
All sets are absolutely free, including shipping within the U.S. (Nominal charge outside the U.S.)
If you're interested in seeing what's up for grabs, simply head on over to my site - The Star Trek LCARS Book & Episode Database - and check out the list in the message forums .
If past give-aways were any indication, then these blueprints sets are bound to go quickly...
Strictly first come, first serve basis so claim yours today and feel free to spread the word.
Enjoy,
John

I'll take your S.S. Aurora blueprints, if you still have them. PM me for my address.
BTW, I like your site.

As do I, that eternal "intellectual property" muddiness notwithstanding.
If you ever happen to get hold of the ages-old Almeida class cruiser blueprints, I'd be very interested. Although an online version would probably suffice...

Guys, you really need to visit his site and follow the instructions he provided (i.e., e-mail) as to 'ordering' the items. I did so and got my hands on the merchantman 'prints. What's very surprising is he is paying the shipping costs, as well!

Jag2112: Not wanting to be a fly in the soup or anything but I don't remember the Excelsior having two pairs of frontal torpedo launchers, I thought the upper pair of square holes in the neck were sensors or tractor beam emitters.
And none of the charts dealing with the Sovereign mention its ventral torpedo launchers, 20 meters behind the deflector dish. IIRC those are the ones that launched the torps that broke the Borg Cube's hold on the Defiant in the opening battle of "First Contact".
Your schematics did note some of the Sov-launchers added for "Nemesis", though, like the aft one on top of Shuttlebay One.
*to onlookers* Yeah, I like torpedo launchers, wanna fight'aboutit? [ March 12, 2007, 12:31 PM: Message edited by: Nim ]

Nope- them was phasers firing upwards to the top of the cube as the tractor beam projected dowanwards onto the Defiant.
I think these fire in Nemesis, but checking would involve watching Nemesis again so you're on your own.
The strange thing about those launchers is that thet're both over twice the width of thos on the Connie Refit or Miranda- leading me to think they're either two of the sort on the galaxy's neck or seveal tubes that fire in sequence for speed launches. quote: Originally posted by Revanche: I did so and got my hands on the merchantman 'prints.
Sooo...what exactly can that little ship transporting as freight anyway? Drugs and spies would be about all that could possibly fit in there as cargo if the scaling with the KBOP is accurate.
...or is it scaled up to match the TNG scale comaprison chart?

Sorry Jason, here's a slow-mo clip, at 00:59 you see the two photons coming in from the E. Can't do anything about the soundtrack, just kill the speakers. :.)
