Thanks to Jorg for providing this list. These ships were seen on displays in "Conspiracy":
USS Albert Einstein NCC-85183 USS Atlantis NCC-72007 USS Callisto NCC-? USS Copernicus NCC-58637 USS Constellation NCC-55817 USS Discovery NCC-? USS Elmer Fudd NCC-85343 USS Endeavour NCC-39272 USS Equicon NCC-1988 USS Ganymede NCC-18457 USS Gremlin NCC-72927 USS Heart of Gold NCC-42 USS James Fennimore Cooper NCC-4077 USS John F. Kennedy NCC-85183 USS Max Plank NCC-28573 USS Minnow NCC-19585 USS Mustang NCC-85343 USS Nightwing NCC-8342 USS Non Sequitor NCC-12999 USS Omaha Nebraska NCC-5252 USS Puget Sound NCC-85343 USS Robert Louis Stevenson NCC-1281 USS Sherlock Holmes NCC-? USS Ticonderoga NCC-87270 USS Tranquility Base NCC-19585 USS Tycho NCC-85103 USS Unicorn NCC-? USS White Sands NAR-0002
Two other ships were also seen that couldn't be made out that well; it was guessed that their names were the Aleq and the Matte Fringe. Also, some scans from the Spaceflight Chronology book were used in both "Conspiracy" and "The Naked Now," showing the ship names USS Muleskinner, USS Greyhound, and the Transport Diana.
My first impression is that this list probably shouldn't be taken too seriously, as it's filled with in-jokes, a ship that might have come from the founding of the Federation that's still in use 200 years later, several ships that share the same registry number, and several ships that have numbers of 8XXXX, which would be way too high for 2364 if registries were chronological. The NAR classification was also a tribute to the National Association of Rocketry, something I didn't know before.

Well, this makes things interesting.

How can some ships be in the 8xxxxx numbers while there's stuff like the USS Equicon NCC-1988 and USS Heart of Gold NCC-42??!?
Maybe those ships are part of the orbiting Starfleet Museum and still ply the Sol system, giving educational tours and such to grade school field trips...
Who the hell names a ship "USS Heart of Gold" anyway?

Is there any possibility those leading 8's are actually 6's?

I don't know; I didn't see the displays. But apparently Jorg painstakingly scrutinized them, so while he may not be 100% accurate, he's probably pretty darn close.

Must be the Hitchhikers Guide thing- everyone knows there are no Neil Young fans and the whole thing is a crazy long running Spinal Tap kinda gag.

Based on a look at the Conspiracy HD shots on Trekcore (page 9 or so), I don't see how one could settle on 8 vs. 6 in that font.
This is basically the Starbase 11 Repair Chart: The Next Generation.
Rather than err on the side of discontinuity, I'd just as soon assume sixes.
