Indeed and only cost me 10$
Hopefully i find another and send it to someone within the ship design fandom with a document scanner so its contents can be added to the various online databases

I work in a library with scanners and a photocopier, and we've never told anybody what they may or may not scan. I mean, if they were scanning porn and putting it right up on the computer screen, we'd stop them, but not because of copyright.

Found and contacted Bernard Reischl on Facebook through his company Prometheus Graphics. He has a portfolio on his website with much better schematics of the USS Niven. This publication was a one-off, no others planned in the series.

Coolies Didnt know he was on FB his book from 1989 did have other designs for stuff i havent seen else where though

Even if it didn't say 1989, just looking at the cover screams late 80s early 90s Trek. Like made during ST:VI era.
