Krause's. He also did one showing inspiration from the lines of a '68 Mustang, but while I dig the thought it didn't really work out three dimensionally at all.

The design, it grows on you. At first you think, WHY? Then you think, Why not? It’s the first truly new wrinkle on the assorted ways to corral the required elements of a starship that there’s been in a while.

Well, it‘s based on the Hornet class fan design from the early 2000s. So not entirely new.
