Intrepidized Nova. Are the warp nacelles on either side of the engineering hull, lower than the saucer?

BTW, is this a new Nova top view or the old one of the Defiant prototype modified? The two images look quite professional

They are both pathfinders that have been modified to portray a more acurate discription of the Nova.
The nacelles of the Quasar are below the saucer section.

Yes, the engines do pivot in the same manner as the intrepid. I was attempting to make the equinox after a refit so it could keep up with voyager....funny, I knew the Equinox wouldn't be going with Voyager, but that didn't make the idea any less appealing.
