I'm not all that good at doing people, but I did all these freehand on the computer. Comments?

It would be easier to see if you choose a lighter back ground. But other wise i like it.

Black looks the best, but I admit, it is hard to see. I'll make the background slate grey or something..

I've never seen the captain's fatuige. Unless you mean his waistcoat/Sweater-vest/whatever. But that doesn't have sleeves...

You've never seen it because I made it up

I like it.

Are there actually different colors for Sciences and Medical now? Or did you make that up too?

I bet when Neanderthal kids would make a snowman, someone would
always end up saying "Don't forget the big heavy eyebrows." Then they would all get embarrassed because they remembered they had the big hunky eyebrows too, and then they would get mad and eat the snowman.

If you look closely, you can see that Troi has blue and Crusher has aqua/teal

I doubt that was intentional. I mean, look at TOS. Kirk's shirts varied all the way from yellow to green.

Actually, I remember reading somewhere that it was intentional...the same is true for the original DS9 uniforms, too. The filming method they used altered the way the colors came out, though, or something like that.

What I've heard is a bit more mundane. The colors faded. So Beverly's outfit, which was worn all the time, turned to a very light blue; while the standard blue suit was used less, and more importantly, washed less.

At least, I've heard that as a partial real world explanation for some of the color variation.

Maybe there is some room for personal choice in the shade?

"That color of blue means death on my planet."

"Oh, uh...what if we darkened it by two percent?"

"Acceptable."

D'oh! You'd think after 400 years mankind would have learned not to put coloureds in at more than 40 degrees!
