I was wondering what the earliest freighters in pre-starfleet would have been like. I came up with this:

the SLM-1 Starbus class light freighter

I like it. Very box like fits in with what we have seen in the past.

Death before Dishonor!
However Dishonor has
quite a disputed defintion.

Interesting. When I looked at the image first, I thought it was a big one, but it has only the size of a runabout. This is a ship I would like to see a cross-section of.

I have a fair idea how the ship's supposed to be laid out inside, but don't like to do cross-sections.

If someone would like to take that task upon themselves, I would be more than happy to provide details of the internal layout and even post the completed drawing on the appropriate page of my site, with credit given the artist.

Volunteers? Anyone..? Anyone..? Bueller?
