You know, I like it.

But I think there is either too much or not enough expression in the eyes. I believe the eyes should express "psychotic anger" or of "death".

You landed somewhere in between, but I like it.

He has a point. The eyes also seem to be set kind of high relative to the nasal cavity, and might look better if they were wider open.
