We never saw the vessels theat preceded the Constitution class in TOS. I decided to fill that gap myself. No need to thank me. Well, didn't the Daedalus Class predate the Constitution? Your design fits the era though.------------------ "A gathering of Angels appeared above my head. They sang to me this song of hope, and this is what they said..." -Styx Aban's Illustration www.thespeakeasy.com/alanfore

I think he means the stuff just before TOS. Bear in mind that there was half-a-century between the decommissioning of the Daedalus-class and the launch of the Enterprise, and another twenty years between that and the start of TOS. That's a lot of missed ships. :-)------------------ Homer: "I can see what's happening. They did it to Jesus, and now they're doing it to me." Marge: "Are you comparing yourself to our lord?!" Read the description. It's better than the drawing (they usually are).--Baloo ------------------ "Going to church does not make you a Christian anymore than going to McDonalds's makes you a hamburger." --[Source unknown.] http://www.geocities.com/cyrano_jones.geo/

You descriptions rule. What I don't like about the design is the vertical neck. There's nothing wrong about it, but it looks a bit "stationary", not like a "fast" starship.------------------ "A few more calculations"
