The orthographics, again, are not perfect. I think the thick outer line sort of fills in the end of the shuttle bay door because it's so close to where the detail disappears on the "horizon" as the ship wraps around. Having a single shuttle bay would make that secondary hull end in a more elegant way. Something else you might do it to narrow the primary hull into a Voyager-like point. At least that's what I expecting when I saw the bridge on that ridge extending from the secondary hull.
