Over the past 3 days, I've been sketching out a ship design, one for a scout to replace the Freedom-class. It's got 3 nacelles directly attached to the hull & 4 large curved sensor "sheets" on 4 outrigger wings. I want it small, like maybe Norway-sized. The ship, that is...not the nation. It's based a lot on the tentative drawings I did for Je--er, Snay's Tokyo series.
Problem is, while I've gotten a dorsal & ventral view, I suck at translating those into any form of bow, stern, or profile elevations. Also, you'll notice the distinct lack of windows or lifeboat hatches because those give clues to deck heights, & without knowing the contours of the hull, I can't be certain.
So what I'm looking for here is anyone who'd be willing to help me hammer this out into a workable design, with an eye towrds them (or others) possibly CGI-ing it & for me, to scratchbuild a tiny physical model of it. (with possibly looking into "leasing" the design to garage industry folks)
If it helps, I might try to do a (VERY) rough bow elevation sketch to get an idea on what she looks like in my mind.
That's AMAZING, Bal. How did you...? I mean...Did you trace & flip? I see some of my inaccuracies in there.
Have you AIM? Or email...If you're willing/interested in continuing the process, I can "quick sketch" the elevation ideas I have for you & we can confer...
