Looks like a psuedo-Romulus capital... me like. I dig the idea of the city being at the center of a huge harbor. It's a neat concept.

The building in the centre has hardly any windows and, judging by its size relative to the other buildings, is absolutely massive. Just what is it? [Smile]

Thanks guys.The city is base on the Romulan Senate. The first photo was my "Sketch". I'm now adding detail and fixing the size..the center was too big
