Ok, not sure how much interest this is going to generate (probably none at all) but after a brief bought of nostalgia I had a browse through my old Photobucket account, in which I have stored most of my old logo designs & starship WIPs back when I was still designing Trek ships. I noticed that a few of them never made it to either ST Minutiae, ASDB or JoAT, but instead of hassling Dan or Bernd I thought it simpler to open the account for anyone to look at.

There's quite a bit of useless crap, but with a little luck someone might find something of interest. I may go through my old hard drive backups and look for anything that I never got around to posting and add those in at a later date.

Nice little trip through memory lane, there. Thanks!
*! Hey, there's part of one of mine in there! I think you were showing me a different way of doing window glare.

Hirogen logo- I always suspected they were soccer hooligans.
I keep meaning to build that amazing tow vessel for cargo pods but I am soooo lazy.

I love the TOS Federation Spacedock. Some fine artwork you got there.

Nice trip to memory lane indeed.

Just added another 40 odd images I managed to scrape together. Some stuff I had completely forgotten about, some that I wouldn't have known it was mine if I didn't own the .pspimage file.

Wow. There's a lot of stuff that I have never seen before. The comics are marvelous!
With your permission, I would like to grab the ASDB- and JoAT-related stuff for site updates (at least the pictures that look finished to me).

Sure Bernd, anything you feel is suitable.
I'm starting to get the nostalgic itch, so I may end up polishing off a few of these half finished designs...

Bugger-it! Couldn't resist the urge, so I polished off the two Robo-tugs and whiped up a couple of class patches.

Whoa nice to see some robots, even if they are ships!

Let's see if anyone can make those for Bridge Commander to blow up...
Did you make the logos for 40 Eridani A Shipyards, Copernicus Shipyards, Marin County Fleetyards, San Francisco Shipyards, & Sharas Shipyards?

The Atlas and Magni classes are two of the most well thought out Trek designs I've seen. They make great sense. It's good to see you working on them again -- I hope someone will render them in 3D as well.

Yes, no, don't think so, yes and yes.

Some one has built a mesh already. Don't know if it can be converted for Bridge Commander or not.
On the subjet of meshes, I totally forgot that TrekBBS's Vektor had a bash at my spacedock one.

Nice to have you back in the game, Rev!

Three out of five ain't bad, Thanks!
If those meshes can be ported to Bridge Commander or SFC3, then all will be good.

Hey, its my shipyard! I even made a page on it, showcashing my old kitbashes. http://topher.pleh.net/sha'ras Posted by Reverend (Member # 335) on :
I think I'm getting back in the habit of this.

Love to see the work.

Thanks, and while I'm at it, here're some slightly better versions of my Luna and San Francisco maps.
P.S. Masao: Did you ever decide where you wanted the ground side SF Museum? I think I ended up dumping it at Fort Baker.
Posted by Mikey T (Member # 144) on :
Wow, nice updates. And why Fort Baker btw?
Posted by Masao (Member # 232) on :
I don't think the location was ever decided. It's sort of like main engineering on the Consttitution class.
(Mikey T: I think we figured that there wasn't enough room on the SF side of the bay, so we put it over in nearby Marin.)
Posted by Mikey T (Member # 144) on :
Masao, aren't Marin County Fleetyards there also?
Posted by Reverend (Member # 335) on :
Yeah well I tend to think the Facilities for that yard are up country a bit more, say around the Lucas Valley area. ;-)
If memory servesm, my resoning for using Fort Baker as the SF Museum was that it was the site of SFC in ENT, so it seamed appropriate that the old Command building & grounds be converted into a Museum. Especialyl since it would have been the tactical center of the Romulan War.

The login from the first post was incorrect - should have been a lowercase "g" (case almost ALWAYS matters, folks).

Looking very good so far, but I suppose you know you can see outside the set at some points. Also, how do I get to the upper level in Engineering? Looks like you did that in one of your videos, but I couldn't figure it out.
Posted by Reverend (Member # 335) on :
Sorry mate, you lost me. I do videos of whatnow?
Posted by Jason Abbadon (Member # 882) on :
We all know the sort of "videos" you do on the side.
I've said it once, and I'll say it again: Blueberry Pie filling is not a legitimate fetish that will ever be accepted as "mainstream kink".

And that's why I love it!

Great stuff Reverend! Thanks for opening it all up to us!
