That guy! The one who gave Scully the cigarette! He was the guy that Mulder switched bodies with from that other episode! His name was Morris Fletcher, I believe.

I spotted his name in the opening credits. I thought he was going to have a bigger part then he did, though. I get the feeling it was supposed to be the same character.

It was the same character; that was my point. Notice that the camera lingered a bit, as if to say, "recognize him?".

Look's like he remembers as little as Mulder from what happened in the Dreamland episodes. Although I was left wondering whether or not he actually recognized Scully, since he did see her out in the desert. Probably not.
But I don't think Fletcher's reappearance was to be anything more than an inside joke, judging by the short appearance he made.

I don't watch the X-Files and I don't know many actors and actresses. My fav actor is Samuel Jackson. He I know from appearance and the way he talks.
