I was just wondering who saw it and what they thought of it. I've been Moding at Slipstreambbs since before the show started, and I think that's the only reason I've continued to watch it, but MOT gave me some hope for the series. Someone besides Robert Wolfe managed to write an episode that I liked.

Tyr's charge through the Pax (I aint tryin to spell Magilanic) was very well done, with Wagner playing in the background. There were some plot holes, but fewer then in other episodes.

That's Pax Magellanic, Ed. 8)

Iwas trying to figure out which ep you were talking about (they definitely seem to be going in for obscure ep names, in the style of The X-Files and early Voyager) before realising you meant the one with Rommie's "big sister.". I didn't actually pay a lot of attention to this one, I think I was cooking dinner. But I loved Tyr's comment, what was it - "I haven't had that much fun in ages!" or something. . .

I just saw it this afternoon. It went something like this:

*Tyr stops rampaging through ship shooting androids*

*Rommie and Dylan wake up*

Harper: Welcome back. You just missed Tyr's cavalry impersonation.

Tyr: They were playing Wagner. Most fun I've had in six months!

----------

Now how Tyr got to the Pax in the first place, we'll never know. He just kinda showed up.

I also liked the mention of the impetus behind the Slipstream drive. Exotic matter impeller. Kind of a wormhole thing, I guess.

He was aboard the Maru when they first went over, he just didn't show himself till he was needed. I'm sure the Pax knew he was there, but there wasn't much she could do about it without giving heself away in the begining of the ep.

That's for sure. The only reference to the title was in the end, when the avatar was trying to get her tear ducts to work. She said she knew it was a simple equation. They worked after Rev talked to her.

Actually, the first time Rommie goes into Pax's computer, Pax keeps on saying "What is the mathematics of tears?"

Tyr COULDN'T have been aboard the Maru when she first went over to the Pax. We saw his image on the view screen when they were talking to Rev on the Andromeda.

Well, the Maru did zip back and forth a few times, so he may have gotten aboard one of those times.
