I was wondering if it is just me but doesnt the
Andromeda design look like it could fit in the
Babylon 5 univerise what do you all think?

Well, each species in B5 had its own design philosophy, so ANYTHING could fit into the B5 universe. Definitely not an Earth ship, though.

After seeing the ice-crystal like ships in Legend of the Rangers, I believe that any type of ship shape could fit in the Babylon 5 universe.

Wasn't Andromeda made by the same firm? It has some familiar Vorlon curves. They always seem to have some type of signature shapes, like the sphere in Babylon 5 and the Krenim Time ship or the general shape of the ships of 'Blakes 7', Species 8472 and Babylon 5: Crusade...
