To be perfectly honest, I was a bit disappointed. The B5-like graphics were cool, but the plot was kind of stale. It begins when a gigantic, cone shaped monolith thing rises from the ground. This monolith has the same function as the monolith from 2001. It was designed to alter and speed up the coarse of evolution for whatever animal that has the most potential. Only this monolith destroys everything on the planet and starts over if the top species grows up to be a screw up. Humans were, in fact, the monoliths second try at creating a decent race. Naturally, when our trigger happy president sends in the troops and later decides to nuke the thing, the monolith decides that Humans were no good either and begins to change to conditions of Earth so that we would die out. However, the thing changes it's mind when our two heros, whom I don't feel like talking about, make out inside the things core while trying to defuse the nuke out military planted inside. It got me thinking. Why in god's name are we giving only one guy control of our entire military? Especially when that one guy is an idiot like Baby Bush? [ November 25, 2001: Message edited by: MIB ]
