Now the question is: was there or wasn't there a server error?

There was.

I believe I've posted some of those images here before.

Were there Lord of the Rings sets? Or were those figures custom made by someone!?! Cause I can't see Gandalf's hat appearing in any other kit.

Andrew,
The blue wizard hat is originally from Lego's "Dragon Master" castle theme from ten years ago or so. The mold has been reused for the Harry Potter theme.
There has NEVER been a LOTR Lego series. This is ALL custom work, but a lot of the elements used are from Harry Potter -- the Dwarves hair, the Orcs, the short mini-fig legs (no hinges) ...

Ah, up and running now, I see. Most excellent work indeed. And Bag End looks even more like a womb in this fashion.

I thought those dwarves were slightly Hagridish...

No Balrog?

Yes, 100 lego-pieces of random black & red. Tail? Wings? It would probably be more like a Rancor. :-) Which, come to think of it, probably is a ripoff in the first place. Both huge pieces of arse, short name with A and O, both defeated through the environment (falling gate, breaking bridge).

I see that this Legolas has the same range of facial expressions as the original.
