While I'm sad, I'll still accept quality over quantity any day. And four seasons of Galactica is far superior to four seasons of Enterprise!

In a way it's a shame that it won't go on for longer, but as I've said before, hopefully only having one more season will mean they won't coast along with any soap opera storylines like they did in the middle part of season 3.

Well I have to say I'm glad they're not just going to let the show dwindle on and stagnate, like say x-files did. On the bright side we still have the Peggie movie/mini series/whatever and Caprica may still get off the ground so it's just the end of this story, not all the stories.

That's good news. It's refreshing to see (American) shows that actually have an ending, instead of shark-jumping cancellations.

A lot of American shows do have endings, it's just that by the time they do finish, not many people are around to care. And maybe that's why it's good BSG ends, so that it doesn't grow old and stale and people will want to see how it ends.

My problem is that I am much more interested in the more mundane plot stuff, like dealing with the Cylons, when they are around, and forming a new society or failing to do so, than in the Earth mythology business. I would not mind it much if there was no Earth. Laura Roslin, president, is more interesting than Laura Roslin, prophet. I mean, to me. I forget how this internet talking about stuff thing works.

Oh, so, my point is, if they go into wrap-things-up mode, it will be all about the final five and stuff, I think, when I want more labor union.
