Frakkin' awesome: Galactica does The Last Supper.
There's a few interesting things we can glean from this...
The following are definitely NOT Cylons (as inferred by caption #10): Roslin, Adama, Apollo, Baltar, Starbuck, and Helo. By extension, Cally can also not be a Cylon (most likely, anyway), because she and the Chief have their son.
The caption for Athena and Helo suggests that Natalie is the one pissed at them. She's the only one reacting in their direction. (I guess it could be Tigh, but that seems much less likely.)
And poor Chief looks like he's not going to take his revelation very well.

Reminds of the picture they did for one season of the Sopranos which everyone claimed had a hidden message.

They're very clever, when they do these things. I remember, my wife and I had given up on Six Feet Under after the first season or two, the episode which did it for us was the one after Nate Fisher has his operation, and you see all these potential futures depending on the outcome of it. Problem was, the actual reality that was then revealed felt like a let-down for us, so we stopped. Until a season later when they did this fantastic promo featuring the whole cast effectively doing a music video, miming to Nina Simone's "Something Good." We decided then we had to give the show another chance. Glad we did, the series finale was amazing.
Anyway, a major preview of S4 I've not seen before, with all sorts of potential spoilers: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K53SUlCIAmI

Whoa a lot of craziness coming our way. Though that statement about years...interesting.

Interesting. So if this can be taken at face value, the final Cylon isn't either Adama, Starbuck, Baltar or Roslin. Who, among established characters, does that leave as even minor possibilities? Off the top of my head:
Gaeta Cottle Ellen Tigh Cain Shaw The first Hybrid One (or all) of the Harveys Someone from Earth Starbuck's mom Apollo's mom Callie

I think Callie is out of the running due to the statement in those captions that her and Tyrol's baby is the second Human/Cylon hybrid.
Also, it has been explicitly stated that Starbuck is not a Cylon, she's something else. So, that would mean she's not a hybrid, either, so her mom is out of the running.
And, based on pure, raw speculation, I posit that Ellen Tigh isn't a Cylon, also, as it would be unlikely for two Cylon models to get together and not realize something at some point. Which, I suppose, would put Cain out of the running, too. Maybe I'm just rambling.

Billie maybe? He died early on.

There's also the camp of thought that the Final Cylon is someone that has had a great injustice/great suffering inflicted upon them, due to Three's line when she saw them "I'm so sorry.." or something to the effect (channeling the Tenth Doctor, I think).

That could have been any of the revealed four, though. Three would have had reason to apologize to them for the destruction of the colonies and the occupation of New Caprica. Especially Tigh for the loss of his eye.
I'd say a hybrid qualifies as "something else", meaning Starbuck's mom would still be in the running. You're probably right about Callie being out, though. Billie is a possibility. As is Dee, I suppose. I'd say Ellen and Cain are still possible, because the Chief and Boomer got together without realizing anything.
Oh. I just had the most horrifying thought.
It's Boxey.

Not even in jest.
It's just occurred to me, Zarek isn't a name that comes up as a possibility often, or even at all.

I assumed that was Saul she was looking at, give they had not long ago tortured him and poked his eye out.

Pure speculation, but I recently discovered that "Anastasia" is ancient Greek for "resurrection." Hmm.... quote: It's just occurred to me, Zarek isn't a name that comes up as a possibility often, or even at all.
Probably because the last time we saw him was when he was freaking out about the Baltar trial, and then they kinda forgot about him. (Well actually, they abandoned the subplot they'd had planned for him, according to the podcasts.)
But yeah, Zarek would be an interesting choice.
