I was reading the book "Rogue Planet" and in it there was a race that attacked the planet in which most of the book is set in. Who grew thier ships. Anyone else think that they may be foreshadowing to later in the timeline at the Yuuzhan Vong invasion?

Not entirely sure. I've been following the New Jedi Order storyline and apparently the Yuuzhan Vong sent a scout party only 50 years ahead of the main story. It certainly is possible.
