Considering the legal status of such a transaction, I would be surprised if anyone actually bid on such an offer. Depending on the state or country you issued your bid from, you might be subject to legal action. Depending upon where in Nevada those people live, he might be guilty of pandering and she (depending upon whether she was aware of the offer) might be charged with prostitution. It's legalized in Nevada, but on a county-by-county basis. The casinos want that particular part of the "entertainment business" squashed, since they're trying to appeal to families, now.
