WTF told you I was going to Iceland of all places? I'm heading the other way, South to Louisana. At work, they heard I was quitting my job to return home to Ohio where I was born to start work at a job similar to my current one there and I should've moved there last week. First, I've never been anywhere near Ohio let alone born there (currently I am in Missouri, 4th of many states I've lived in), nor do I know of any jobs that would be like mine there. I don't know how either of these stories came about, anyone who has asked me knows where I'm going. Still, this is quite interesting. How did you hear this one?
Well, Keflavik Airport. Cheap charter flights to Europe=planes with small fuel tanks=stopovers. And I did get out of the plane and got to see a whole departures concourse! Memories that come to mind...
1)Porn isn't covered up in Icelandic airport newsstands like it is in ours. Damn the Scandanavians and their sexual liberation!
2)Airport food is expensive everywhere.
