Ha...that'll be sooo sad. The only reason I like the Iron Chef is BECAUSE of the inept dubbing.

Perhaps the author of this article should also use his spell check more often. "expecially ?" what the hell is that?

As a diehard Iron Chef fan, I can tell you that Bill Shatner is NO Kaga Takeshi.

I saw the "New York Battle" with Morimoto against Bobby flay; still have it on tape. MAN, was Morimoto PISSED at Bobby Flay at the end! After the closing gong, Flay got up & STOOD ON HIS COOKING SURFACE. NO self-respecting chef stands on his cooking surface!

The segments with Sakai Hiroyuki & Kobe Masahiko teaching at a school were great. Also nice of them to get Retired Iron Chef Michiba to stand in for Chen Kenichi. Funny that I recognized most of the BG music as well--it was mainly from the anime series "Macross Plus."

What, "Zentraedi Theme"? That I would've enjoyed...

No, "Macross PLUS." The miniseries. and I believe it was "Up In The Air/Tension." I'd have to watch it again.
