Hmm, the rocket launcher and plasma gun smileys looks remind me of the Unreal Tournament versions (with the grenade launching and beam secondary fires).

I know how to create the usual emoticons such as smiles, grins, eye-rolling, etc. But how in the hell do you create these things???
