Yep..

http://www.cnn.com/2002/SHOWBIZ/Music/04/26/obit.lopes/index.html

Another pop artist dies in a stupid accident. It can happen to anyone, I guess.

Not that I really liked her hippedy-hop music, though...

I rather like TLC, although I don't as yet own anything of theirs. What worries me, though, is how quickly we're running through cycles lately. As soon as one finishes off, we're on to another, boomboomboom. We used to get a couple months or weeks between them...now it's mere hours.

And informative. I was trying to remember what songs TLC did anyway. Cor, dying in a car accident, very rock'n'roll. Which is unfortunate given her tastes no doubt ran to more of the drum'n'bass variety.

You need to set your radio to a Not-Polka channel every once in a while, Tuss.

And Linda Lovelace died from a car accident this week. Lois Lane and Lana Lang better watch their driving.

Well, Margot Kidder hasn't had such a good history with automobiles. Unsure about Kristin Kreuk.

Picard: Mr. Crusher, what's our maximum speed this week?
Wesley: [checking manual] Uh, 9.4, sir.
Picard: Very good. Take us to Warp 9.8 then.
Wesley: Aye, sir. Warp 9.2 it is.
