Let's see, starts out with regular SMB, switches to Dr. Mario. Don't know what the next one is. Invincible Mario. Don't know what the next is, but based on the motions, I'm guessing Tetris. Wouldn't recognize the Mortal Kombat music. Underworld Mario... Zelda! And the refrain is... what? Reminds me of item collection in Metroid, but it's not the same... I should have played more games when I was little.
I'd pay for more of that.
Edit: Oh. The refrain is more Mario. I knew that.

I'm pretty sure the next one after Dr. Mario comes from Super Mario 3. I think it may be the music for either Giant World or Pipe World.

The one between Dr. Mario and Invincible Mario is from Super Mario 3 when Mario battles the Hammer Bros (or Fire Bros, or Boomerang Bros, or Heavy Hammer Bros).
