This video has been all over the internet lately. Dude is a retired electrical engineer or something. The sound is broadcast on a low-power FM transmitter so its not as annoying to his neighbours. The song is "Wizards of Winter" by TSO. He agreed to stop doing these displays (yes, he did them every year) due to traffic accidents on his street.

Someone either has too much free time on thier hands, or they really REALLY love X-mas a bit too much. It's pretty cool tho, and i do like TSO.
