Ugh...Definately online privacy, because

In this particular case, privacy. The person in question doesn't seem to have been doing anything I would consider wrong. However, if they had really infringed the copyright (e.g. selling copies of the d/l'ed music), I'd say they should get in trouble.

Privacy. Always.

I'm tempted to write a long-winded essay on the numerous, serious issues I have with copyright protection initiatives (like those put forth by Intel's TCPA and Microsoft's Palladium), but for some reason, topics such as these never get the attention they deserve, so it'd be a defeatist effort.

I, for one, will not stand by and watch while my rights are lifted from me and handed over to The Company.

Online Privacy.

Too bad that Kazaa is being targetted, I use that once in a while to get some songs for CD's. Oh well. Some other peer to peer file sharing program will come around.

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.
The courage to change the things I cannot accept.
And the wisdom to hide the bodies of all the people I had to kill today because they pissed me off.
