I dunno, just did one myself, it's sitting on my office desk now. Looks pretty nifty. ;-)


The DS9 model looks great, would look even greater if in a larger scale. But seeing as the parts for launchers and stuff are to scale already, it would be futile, I guess.

Does anyone remember those exhibits they used to have (or still might have) where they build very large 'sculptures' from lego - like Pandas or the Space Shuttle etc. I.e. the stood 2 meters tall or whatever.

I'd like to see someone do that for the Enterprise or DS9 or something.

I think it would be cooler if it was an actual model and not a POV-Ray render. [Wink]

I used to work in a retail store during college and they had an apparently scale sized 'Harry Potter' and 'Darth Vader' that they whored around the various locations within the chain that were made entirely of legos. They were completely hollow, of course, but they were pretty cool all things considered.
