Browsing eBay, I came across an auction for a vintage 1960s promotional poster for Star Trek. I thought the imagery was interesting -- judging from the artwork, it must've been at the show's start -- and, well, mostly just because the stardrive section is on fire. [Wink]

(If you want to find it, do an eBay search for "Star Trek Poster." It's currently at $20 and change.)

That poster was used for the cover of the first James Blish episode novelization. And BTW, there's Kirk & Spock, but who the hell are the other people?

Dukhat:

They're from "Where No Man Has Gone Before", I think. I don't know who the guy with the spanner is, but I think that's Mitchell (2nd left), Dehner next to him, and the navigator (who Mitchell strangles with his ESP) on the right.

And a lithium cracking station in the background! I'd bid on this if I wasn't broke.
