I'm wondering about the length of the standard workbee. Many of the websites (such as www.ditl.org, and www.ex-astris-scientia.org) list the length as 4.11 (4)m. I assume that this dimension is taken from the generally inaccurate DS9 Tech manual. Some fan fiction list or depict the length as 2.70m (such as Jackill's 2, Starfleet Reference Manual Vol 2, or the Avenger/Miranda class blueprints).

I'm wondering which dimension is correct and if there is a original source (Star Trek: The motion Picture Blueprints, which I unfortunately don't have) that is the source of this 2.70m figure and if this is in fact correct.

DS9 Tech Manual - 4.11 by 1.92 by 1.9 metres

TNG Tech Manual - 6.2 by 2.6 by 2.5 metres, although this is call a Workpod, not Workbee.

The Workbee looks cooler I think.
