Dose anyone have access to a script or a recording of the old TOS episode "The Man Trap" (that's the one with the salt vampire for those who don't know).
I caught a bit of it this morning while flicking through and spotted an interesting bit of dialogue.
Basically Uhura says that they're getting a transmission from the Starship Something-or-other, apparently the Captain wants some Mexican peppers.
The pain is that I didn't quite catch the ship's name. I check the encyclopedia, did a search through our old threads and found no entry about a ship assosiated with that episode.
have I spotted something new, or have I missed something?

I remember the chilli pepper reference (I think they were prime Mexican Reds) and Kirk commented that he'd picked them himself. They were for Jose, but I think there were going to a starbase. I may be mistaken though, since it's been a while since I saw that episode.

The Mexican pepper was for Dominguez, commander of the Corinth IV starship base.

Sure? I think it sounded more like 'Cyrin IV'.

Are you speaking about the German dubbing? Because, you know that it isn't very trustworthy. They made the Intrepid to Independence and Amanda became Emily.

Yes, I do. I guess then I have to believe it, Corinth IV. [Smile]

(Not to mention Eugenic Wars in 1996 became 2096, Gary Seven/Felix Sevenrock and a hundret other things, of course. [Wink] )

Ah, I knew I heard Starship in there somewhere.
Strange that, I could have sworn the name of the place began with an 'A'. On the other hand I was only half listening to it.

Argh, I didn't think about Enterprise-crewmembers. [Roll Eyes]

Any Jose after TOS? I don't think there has been any Jose in the 24th century.
