here's pics of my new baby- a 2500th VorCha resin model:

The detail on this is freakin' incredible (once you consider it's only 9" long!).

I spent three weeks getting the paint nad weathering just right- not too blue but closer to the TNG colors than the really dark DS9 colors (with all those red panels).

This is in preperation for re-building mt "boolcase fleet" into a Call To arms fleet with both KLingons and Federation fleets together in one huge armada of almost 200 ships.
Your opinions are, of course welcomed. [Wink]

Well, it would be the end of my brilliant career as a spellchecker.

That's very nice, Jason. I especially like the paint job you did on the Vor'cha. I never really cared for the eggshell blue it was in TNG, but I really like the more greenish tint you gave it.

Many thanks: I hate the TNG "Duck egg Blue" color as well, but am not too fond of the too-dark green on the DS9 version (they went nuts with the red paneling on the disruptor pod IMHO!).

I'll post in some pics of the VorCha with the Neg Var and some KBOP's later today (everything else's closed on Christmas and I cant drink, so it's a good time to build models).

I've got sone new designs in progress as well.
