I always liked the latter TOS era movie LCARS. They just looked better with an almost real military-like appearance vs the bright and fruity orange and purple TNG ones.
Flare use to be 23rd century LCARS themed which looked nice.

While I dig the "fruity" LCARS of TNG and later, those are cool.
Mabye you can make some incorperating elements from both the films and TNG as a sort of "Enterprise C era" display.
