I've seen very good 3D meshes of this ship, but not really much on the 2D front, useful for schematics and such, so I thought I'd give it a try. Here's what I have so far. Suggestions? Observations?

I like it! Any suggestions on converting 3d to 2d? I have a 3d mesh of a K-7 Space Station I'd
like to do deck plans for.

Wow! Nicely detailed! I don't see any problems, so no suggestions here. Are you going to shade this one, or is it not set up for that?

Converting from 3D to 2D? No, I did it by hand and eye. I WISH there was a conversion tool.

I can shade it, but I don't know yet if I'll have time. I want to finish all the views first.

Yes, the side view should be nice. You say you do it by hand and eye? What is your reference material?

Fredokatnezor's fore and aft views so far. I'm trying to talk him into rendering side, bottom and top views for me. [Smile]

Totally rockin'. I've always dug this ship. I love the bridge area.
