I've never posted here before (I think), but here goes: If you are an avid flight simulation user, and wish to fly for a virtual airline (they operate the same way a real airline does, basically), then you can join the one I recently became hub captain for. I'm now in charge of the airline's Baltimore-Washington hub, with flights around the world. If you are interested in this, or just want to comment on my latest site, please click on the second link in my signature.

Well, I tend to be somewhat leniant on such threads, so long as they serve to foster actual discussion on the posted topic.

Actually I thought this was a rather informative thread. I had no idea there were any simulations online apart from sports (and sex, but enough of that ).

Of course, though I am an avid flight simulator fan, I am more accustomed to flying WW I aircraft (as in Red Baron).

Since even a simulated airline probably requires an equal number of takeoffs and landings, I suppose I shall not join. I find it difficult to land anything with a stall speed greater than `50 mph.

Of course, if there's a simulated FAA on hand that does simulated investigations of all the simulated crashes, I might be interested in lending a hand with that.
