Well I for one don't find it any more ridiculous than the guy who sued McDonald's for making him fat. Which is probably his point-cum-publicity-stunt.

Sadly, it's an Onion rip off where God was sued over "Failure to Provide". Another story features God being diagnosed as bipolar.
