JR's question regarding your answer is not a yes or no question. Therefore, you can not count it as one of the total questions asked. We therefore have fifteen questions left.

Or did, until...

Q: Did it appear in a two-part episode?

Q: Did it appear in the first three seasons of TNG?

------------------
"A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, co-operate, act alone, solve equations, analyse a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, [and] die gallantly. Specialisation is for insects."

Actually, JR's question was a yes AND no answer. I just explained why it couldn't be answered one or the other. And like I said, if I count "is it Sol's snake", I'll certainly count that.

That's a yes or no question, and thus can be counted. Jeff's began with "why", is thus NOT a question that calls for a simple yes or no, and thus can't be counted.

Is it from season two?

...who appeared in more than one ep, and who appeared in a two-part ep. Really, guys, stop wasting questions, will ya?

Q: Did it appear in an ep produced after "Heart of Glory"?

The Bynars come to mind as possibilities. Could be any one of them, though. 11, 01, 10, or 00. But then, they worked for 'Fleet.

One of the Aldeans is another possibility.

The Vulcan woman that Wes was competing against in "Coming of Age", T'Shanik, would also fit the discription. Mordok, on the other hand, wouldn't because he's now Starfleet.

The Klingons from "Heart of Glory".

Sobi, T'Jon, Romas, and Langor, from "Symbiosis".

Commander Tebok or Sub-Commander Thei, from "The Neutral Zone".

I don't think we have enough questions left now to narrow the list.

It didn't come from an ep produced after "Heart of Glory", which means it's one of these:

DataLore, Angel One, 11001001, Too Short A Season, When the Bough Breaks, Home Soil, Coming of Age, Heart of Glory

We've already knocked DataLore and Home Soil off that list. C'mon -- you guys can do it!!!!

Speaking of which, Omega pretty much hit the nail on the head. The "general" answer is above (that is, it is one of these, and Omega named the "these" of which it is a member, but he's still gotta get the specific -- aka, which one of the these is the it ... if that makes any sense)

I wouldn't think it would be. It wasn't one of the ones I listed, and Jeff said that the answer was...

Or rather, one of among a GROUP I listed...

Which means it's either an Aldean, or a Klingon from "Heart of Glory".

Let's see...

Commander Korris, Lieutennant Konmel, and Kunivas seem to have been the Klingons...

Oh, and then there was the captian of the other Klingon ship, Comander K'Nera.

I don't know which of these guest stars listed are Aldeans and which are Enterprise children.

Q: Is it Klingon?

"A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, co-operate, act alone, solve equations, analyse a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, [and] die gallantly. Hmmmm. I'm kinda split on this one.

On the one hand, Omega asked if it was "either Korris or Konmel" -- and the answer to that is yes it is either of the two.

On the other hand, UM actually asked which one it was specificly.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to say ...

and this is something you're NEVER EVER EVER going to hear me say

Omega is right. Still, UM is right.

Two winners!

In another thread, Lee asked if the answer was a whale, and then I inquired as to whether or not it was George or Gracie, but I think it was clear Lee won that one, so that's why I rule this way.
