For me, ST:IV's commentary is the best. I love the way Nimoy and Shatner bat back and forth. It's almost as if they can stand each other's presence.
TFF's commentary is annoying, just like certain parts of the movie. I haven't been able to make it through in one go - I have to force myself to listen, in segments, to study this wonderful canon of Trek.

TWOK. I like the way Nick Neyer really gets into the nitty gritty of the whole process from writing to editing instead of telling half-recollected anecdotes. I was disappointed by his TUC commentary tho.
I like the Dykstra/Trumbull parts of the TMP commentary, too, but the rest is not so great.
