I wasn't entirely sure if RW meant the same that Frank did, actually. There a re a lot of really big Dominion ships, but that is the biggest, so I should have guessed it!

Actually, in the preview, the Galor blows up a small Jemmie attack ship which appears to be chasing a Defiant-class ship.

Yes, in the picture above, the bug's nacelle can be seen flying away from the explosion just left of center. I thought that looked like the back end of a Defiant obscured by the explosion itself, but I figured it also could have been part of the bug. I guess not... :-)
