In Message in a Bottle (VOY), the holographic Doc worked with an updated version of his program aboard the Prometheus. Does anyone think it would be a good idea for that updated program to show up on the Ent-E in the next movie as a now-regular feature aboard Fed Starships? Did anyone like Andy Dick as the EMH Mark II? I thought he was great but he may be too funny to be taken as a serious character.

What about Bashir's LMH?

Nah, the female version would be an ENH (Emergency Nurse Hologram)

Ooooh! Good answer Hobbes my boy! Maybe a Jeri Ryan type in a clingy Starfleet uniform... wait this isn't the what would you create in the holodeck thread, is it?

OK. A female EMH is a good idea. I also thought that would be a good development for Data when Brent Spiner decides to stop doing the character

Why would the female version be a nurse? Why would the nurse version be a female? Why couldn't a female be a doctor? Why couldn't a male be a nurse? huh?

How many more!?!"-a recording of my disciplined (the dean is outright scary) Catholic school Geometry teacher, available on the internet.

Bashirs acceptance to the LMH was removed due to his genetic tampering. And as far as I'm concered both men and women can be nurses and doctors.
