I saw that a few months ago. It was released in April in Russia on DVD.
It's as bad as Highlander II.

Nobody cares.
I do like how they defend the quality of the Russian release by saying it's not the final cut. As if some editing can fix a fundamentally shite concept.

Sadly, if the animated HIghlander was made into an adult (live action) movie it would probably redeem much of the bad stuff.
