I know this is a little untoward, but I'm really in a pinch. Can anybody tell me of a spot where I can get information on John Phillip Sousa. Enough to write a 3 page report? Thank you very much.------------------ "How's your 13th chromosome? Yeah, I found that one too. I've searched on all of the major search engines already, gone to Britannica.com and the Encarta website.------------------ "How's your 13th chromosome? You might also consider using the phone book. That's right, the phone book. Look under the heading "Libraries", find the one whose address is nearest your own, and go there. It's really a fool-proof solution... :-)------------------ "Numerous painful experiences can be caused by having (and especially using) a large penis." -J. You used yahoo as a search engine, well that explains one hit. There engine is terrible, try google.com instead, for example this is what I found (on the other hand yahoo is good for everything else, just not searchs)... [URL=http://www.golden.wednet.edu/Golden/fame/SOUSA.HTM]http://www.golden.wednet.edu/Golden/fame/SOUSA.HTM [URL=http://nfo.net/.CAL/ts7.html]http://nfo.net/.CAL/ts7.html need I say more, btw I included the search thread just in case you needed some more, I love google, it's the best . http://www.google.com/search?q=John+Phillip+Sousa&meta=lr%3D%26hl%3Den&btnG=Google+Se arch ------------------ Somehow you were linked to this page, which doesn't really exist. Well, this one does, but the one you were trying to get to doesn't. Actually, that's not really true either, because it probably does, but either you mistyped it or our webmaster is asleep at the wheel. If the later is the case (you were linked here from a page within **********.net) then please let us know. If you were linked here from an external site, which is most often the case, it would be nice of you to let them know. [This message has been edited by HMS White Star (edited May 26, 2000).]

Thank you very much. Oh, and that library thing, I'm just too damn lazy. I would rather get an F than drive over to the library. ------------------ "How's your 13th chromosome? I knew students who used to say that....just before they failed the class. The library, it's the big building in the middle of campus, the one with all those neat books in it. Just go there. ------------------ Oh, goody, the Sea Monkeys I ordered have arrived. Heh heh heh, look at them cavort and caper. ~C. Oh, I was just kidding. It's just that I had a very limited time to do it in. I just turned it in today. Thanks for your help. ------------------ "How's your 13th chromosome?
