HAHAHA.The idiot home invader deserved what happened to him....in any scenario! (Either the Police's version, or Colburn's version, though I like Colburn's better - Go Dogs!) It has not happened yet, but if I ever arrived in MY home to find some STRANGER in the process of RAPING it, I would hospitalize him for a VERY long time. *can't even begin to fathom the rage he'd feel at a stranger threatening my Mom's life and mine as well)* He would have no feasible method of communicating to others what happened to him (Eyes removed, no operational hearing, no fingers, rendered mute, brain damage, etc) *L*

The truly frightening thing is that there ARE people out there stupid enough to believe that the criminal was IN THE RIGHT to sue those people.And a lot of them live right here in the USA. To add my own spin on the story, the crook got off lightly.
