Originally posted by Mojo: [QB] I think everyone will be happy to hear that the UNSEEN FRONTIER book will include an entire CHAPTER devoted to the battle of Wolf 359. The idea behind this book is to show you the things Star Trek has talked about, or implied, but never actually put on the screen. Things like Wolf 359, Voyager sinking into the ice *after* the snow crash, the Enterprise flying through a comet in "Balance of Terror," the Doomsday Machine tearing up the planet being visited by the Constellation's crew... and more. As far as everyone's beloved Wolf 359, I'm planning to make that part of a special, giant chapter that will detail the history of the Borg (as seen on Trek), going from the mission of the Raven, to the events of "Q Who" up to Voyager's crushing blow to them in "Endgame." In regards to new ships, I know that everyone would like to see a beautiful model for each and every starship that has been even mentioned in Star Trek history. As much as I would love to do this, I'm sure you all realize that I could easily blow the entire budget (and schedule) of the project just making ship models. While new ships will certainly have to be made, the bulk of the rendering will be of ships that already exist (mind you this library is nothing to sneeze at). If anyone out there is an experienced 3D modeller and has a ready-for-primetime portfolio AND would like to contribute ship models for use free of charge (or at least very cheap) in this project, by all means contact me! I'll be happy to include each and every ship in this book if I can get the models :-) Mojo [/QB]
